The Free earrings have same ceramic beads and appear to have been made using fancy sterling clips marked: "Ster. Pat. 1967965" representing the years 1934 to 1935...

Similar Pendant seen on pg 146 of Ettinger's Popular Jewelry 1840-1940 2nd edition. Perfect enamel and stone is in great shape with some gilt off the brass through out the shank and back.
