Note on gold leaf frames. Not all golden colored frames are of the aforementioned variety. The professional ones, as seen above, are closed cornered and often show overlap lines where the leafing is hand applied and it is hand rubbed to create the "antiquing effect".

These bison are probably the great grand sires of those offered to diners at a famous grill owned by an American media mogul with the initials T T.
